The product arrived before it's delivery day so I was happy with that. Unfortunately ours came not working, there is no light or sound with any of the controls and we tried various times to get it to work. I've tried finding information to contact the seller to either get a working replacement or refund but I can't find any way to do so. I'll have to go via the bank and get my money returned which is frustrating. For a simple box with lots of switches it's good but it's advertised with working switches which has really let us down.
